I’m very glad you’ve found me. Let me tell you a few things about me and my style of photography. Photography is something much more that just a profession for me. It is a passion of mine. Especially wedding photography. Whenever I take photos of a Wedding, Baptism or any other, equally significant day of your life, I am proud to be able to participate in such an important event. It is full of powerful emotions, and unique personalities.

I specialise in documentary wedding photography, sometimes referred to as the natural wedding reportage, which in contrast to staged and “posed” photographs, fully reflects the atmosphere that surrounds the wedding day. The images from your Wedding are natural, and often portray moments and details that you only will notice, while looking at the pictures from your Wedding Album.

Pedro Filipe was born in January of 1984 in Sermonde. Always interested in arts. In parallel with his student life, he successfully completed the Complementary Music Course at the Espinho Music Academy in the violin class. The taste for photography came later, inspired by his older brother. From the beginning, still with little theoretical knowledge, his photographic pleasure made him transport the machine permanently in search of unique moments and unforgettable images.

 

In the meantime, he attended a variety of training and workshops in photography technique and image processing. With the income obtained through photographic works it was possible to update your equipment.

Gone are the days when the wedding had to take place in the registrar’s office. Weddings taking place outside have become increasingly popular recently. Here at Hotel & Garden U Holubu, we are fortunate with truly wonderful setting of our hotel and its surroundings. 

They provide us with unique and a very atmospheric place for your wedding. The wedding ceremony takes place in a stylish summer house which can be decorated with flowers entirely to your taste. The summer house is set in a meadow, just a few steps away from the main Hotel and restaurant, near the woods. It offers comfortable and enjoyable seatting for all present.

After the ceremony, most newlyweds and their guests move indoors to eat. The wedding breakfast will usually be served in our restaurant. The restaurant and furniture within offers various options for the seating arrangements, decorations, music, dancing etc. We are able to cater for you to have your wedding feast outside, too. It is less formal, relaxed and very romantic.
