It is our pleasure to meet new guests every day. People come here to explore new places, recharge their batteries, get married, have a party or attend a conference, seminar or teambuilding. We are located at the very end of Celadna village, just at the foot of Smrk mountain. 

We are surrounded by the beautiful Beskydy mountains, with deep forests, rivers and meadows. We are proud of our hotel, the surrounding area, the gardens, the magnificent views of the mountains make this place very special. You will be able to enjoy our gourmet menu in our newly renovated restaurant. Our hotel is ideal for family holidays, weekends away, weddings (wedding ceremony outside in our beautifully landscaped gardens), honeymoons, business trips, conferences, trainings, seminars, language courses & sporting events. We offer wellness stay that includes whirlpool, infra-red sauna with sea air and professional massages.

Weddings

Gone are the days when the wedding had to take place in the registrar’s office. Weddings taking place outside have become increasingly popular recently. Here at Hotel & Garden U Holubu, we are fortunate with truly wonderful setting of our hotel and its surroundings. 

They provide us with unique and a very atmospheric place for your wedding. The wedding ceremony takes place in a stylish summer house which can be decorated with flowers entirely to your taste. The summer house is set in a meadow, just a few steps away from the main Hotel and restaurant, near the woods. It offers comfortable and enjoyable seatting for all present.

After the ceremony, most newlyweds and their guests move indoors to eat. The wedding breakfast will usually be served in our restaurant. The restaurant and furniture within offers various options for the seating arrangements, decorations, music, dancing etc. We are able to cater for you to have your wedding feast outside, too. It is less formal, relaxed and very romantic. 

Everybody is able to enjoy themselves, talk to others, children don’t get bored. We are obviously prepared and equipped in the case of poor weather (sun, wind, rain). The outside terrace is also a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the wedding after the main formal part has taken place.

What if it rains? In that case we have a ‘rainy day’ option ready for you. The ceremony would take place in our winter garden which will be beautifully decorated, offering a romantic atmosphere.

Italian wedding by the lake - Cella Grande for your elegant celebration

Situated in an idyllic setting, overlooking Lake Viverone, "Cellagrande" is surrounded by its own vineyards of Erbaluce, all owned that extend over an area of ​​five hectares, a park with fountains and century-old trees, palms and olive trees.

The venue occupies the site of a former Benedictine monastery of the twelfth century of which only the church, still partly in the original Romanesque structure and also Romanesque bell tower. It will not be so difficult to understand why we have chosen this magnificent home to give life to our passion for wine and the care of its production.

The native grape dell'Erbaluce has hooked us with the warm amber color and taking its grapes, but especially with the incredible flexibility and the enormous potential that we decided to take full advantage of to get quality products, through the selection the best grapes, implementing a reduction of yields.

The desire to improve pushes us to invest great energy to sharpen day by day the quality of our products we take care at every stage of the production cycle.

Just the desire to grow in terms of quality, has led us to an enlargement of the premises with a major restructuring of the cellar and the renewal of equipment for making wine with the utmost respect Erbaluce. The fermentation of our wines takes place at controlled temperatures in order to enhance the organoleptic characteristics for vine varieties.

The entire Palazzo can be reserved with sufficient notice or, if you are planning a smaller event, certain areas of the Palazzo and the gardens can be set aside for private use.
