Villa Petrolo and the whole estate is an ideal location to organize celebrations, meetings and events throughout the year.

 

Holidays in the winery of Petrolo, near Bucine, can be spent by the Villa, built in the early decades of '700 by Massimiliano Soldani Benzi, or in four other surrounding farmhouses with 3 swimming-pools. Each farmhouse is completely independent and can accommodate from 4 to 10 people. Villa Petrolo is ideal instead for cerimonies and events, being able to welcome in an exclusive location above 30 guests in 16 bedrooms, vast halls and gardens. The charm of a holiday at Petrolo is tied to its location, which is actually ideal for our wines. 

 

We are right in the center of Tuscany between Arezzo, Florence and Siena and placed on the south-eastern borders of the Chianti hills that overlook the whole Valdarno valley. A landscapes of typical rolling Tuscan hills will welcome you covered with olive groves, vineyards and woods. Three small private lakes at short walking distance add to Petrolo's quiet surroundings. The Villa is ideal for an event wanting to keep a country feel without renouncing to details. Services are tailored to your needs, based on the style you  want to give to your celebration.

 

The vast garden of the Villa of over 1 ha surrounded by century old cypresses, holm oaks and Lebanon cedar tree, make this location unique, creating that lovely context needed for special meetings allowing to invite many wedding guests in a Villa of charm that was built in the first half of the XVIII century.

With its swimming pool 6x12 meters wide, Villa Petrolo can also hold scenic cocktails or more intimate and romantic events. In the past few years Petrolo has been chosen to hold events by art, movie and TV celebrities. Experience real Italian atmosphere - wedding in Villa Medicea Lo Sprocco

Mugello valley between S. Agata and Galliano, in the town of Scarperia, derives from old Florentine language and it means "bud". In fact, as a famous anecdote relates, Villa Medicea Lo Sprocco enjoys the first ray of sunshine in the morning and the last beam of light at sunset, from which the first bud springs.

Villa Medicea Lo Sprocco, which was built during the fourteenth century at the desire of Lorenzo and Giovanni de' Medici, is immersed in an ancient park which contains, amongst other trees, two giant sequoias and an extremely rear "Copper Beech", which is now 450 years old. From the tree-lined drive which leads to the Villa it is possible to glimpse the loggia, with its arcade, chich opens into vast halls , wonderfully frescoed and connected to each other by round arches. The Villa is an ideal venue for Ceremonies, banquets, company dinner, shoes and open-air plays, also has a vast parking area of its own.

Ceremony:
Villa Medicea offers the possibility to its customers to make a Civil Ceremony or Symbolic, in the Centennial Park, or inside one of the rooms inside. The couple may also use the expertise of staff of Villa Lo Sprocco for the organization and relevant documentation as appropriate for the ceremony.

Receipt:
Villa Medicea offers a service of Catering facilities, to monitor and ensure the quality, but above all to eliminate the rental costs of venues. We guarantee a wide choice of menu, to be agreed depending on your needs, along with a wide wine list, special menus for children, vegetarians, allergy and celiac. Customers of Villa Medicea will benefit from the exclusivity of the location in the chosen day, and will have the ability to manage time and space to suit your needs.

Here is an example for the use of space:

Aperitif: in the park, ideal fresco for photo shoots, or at one of the inner rooms, Wedding Banquet: Heraldry in the room, equipped with a precious stone fireplace of the fourteenth century. The room accommodates up to 200 guests.
