The old town of Gerona or Barri Vell is one of the most evocative of Catalonia, with unique monumental elements in Europe. 

It is bounded on the east by the so-called Paseo de la Muralla, the coastal path of the old Carolingian walls (IX) and the lower Middle Ages (XIV and XV). Access to Mas Carreras is fully paved, just 300 meters from the national highway and well connected. Exit 9 (Girona Nord).

Guests can use the bicycles (must book) to explore the wonderful surroundings and visit the village of Bordils (just 3 Km) where a stop is required for chocolate lovers in Can Xapa (one of the most recognized artisan Chocolatier and Pastry of the Province of Girona. The Hotel is fully accessible to customers with disabilities. Our property has no architectural barriers and rooms are adapted.
