Tenuta di Corbara is an authentic natural heaven of more than 1200 hectares that from 400 mt. of altitude slope down till the lake banks. 

The large stone farmhouses surrounded by woods olive groves and vineyards have a sweeping view of the cliff of Orvieto and its lovely surroundings. The hospitality is in rooms and apartments from 4 to 8 bedsleeping accomodation . All the apartments have been restored and are equipped with all amenities.

Restaurant

Simple but tasty. Traditional and innovative. Mix of emotion, memory and culture. This is the cooking of Ristorante Il Caio, flavor source inside the estate. Handmade pasta, ciambelloni with a childhood taste, grilled meat and fish spicy and framed with homegrown vegetables from the estate. Moreover a local wine cellar to go with all the dishes proposed by Ristorante Il Caio.

Cooking classes
